Shipping Policy
How It Works
All orders are handmade and are typically ready to ship within 7-14 business days not including holidays and weekends. Orders are processed in the order that they are received.
We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Packages typically arrive in 2-5 days once they have been shipped. Please allow for delays during holiday seasons.
If you are needing your order for a specific date, please note it at check out or reach out to us so that we can do our best to accommodate.
Returns, Refund and Exchanges
How It Works
We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products, however, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out so that we can assist you. Return exceptions may be made on a case by case basis. Returns that are approved need to be shipped back within 3 days of receipt. Return shipping will be at the buyers expense. Items that are returned need to be in new and sellable condition. Once your return has been received your refund will be processed to the payment method provided at checkout. Buyer will be responsible for any damaged items as they are not eligible for return.

Exchanges: Please reach out to us if you need to exchange an item, we are more than happy to help. Exchange requests will need to be made within 3 days of receipt and returned in new and sellable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun on your order, it will not be eligible for cancellation.
